My name is Naum Shvartsman. I am a doctor — otolaryngologist. I am a member of the «Meniere’s disease Association». I work in Moscow. I offered a new theory of the Meniere’s disease and reported about it on the First Congress of Otoneurology in Bulgaria (Sofia). I have opened and described a new disease and called it’s: — «Myotonic labyrinthine Syndrome» (MLS). This illness is like on the Meniere’s disease, but has of another pathogenesis. About it, I reported to the VI-th Congress of otolaryngologists Russia and at the fourth International Symposium on Meniere’s disease (USA, Denver, Colorado). Many of my articles are in the National Library of Washington. I proposed of new methods for treatment the Meniere’s disease.
Currently, I offer a new method of surgery treatment the chronic sensorineural hearing loss. I operated of lots such patients. The effect is rather high (<90%). I offer to cooperate in this work.
